About IMS

In February 2000, IMS was established as Indonesia Management Specialists Pty Ltd with a focus on Indonesia. Since then the company's range of activities has broadened and in October 2005 the name was changed to Integrated Management Specialists Pty Ltd.

The company's members have more than 30 years experience in Australia and overseas managing business activities, training and development-assistance and Defence projects. Members possess strong management and analytical skills, a deep understanding of cross-cultural issues, business and Defence environments. IMS has a record of providing practical, high-quality responses.

IMS is well equipped to provide services from its own premises, but can place specialists within the client's premises for specific activities. All personnel have a broad range of relevant skills apart from their specialisations. IMS can take advantage of the synergies generated by a team approach. IMS has the ability to provide core services as well as having the flexibility to add value by undertaking related tasks.

IMS is experienced in the management of sub-contracted personnel and has established procedures for their contracting, mobilisation and administration. The company carries appropriate insurances including work cover, public liability and professional indemnity.
